Lining ceiling for painting

Paul and I have started lining the bedroom ceiling with lining paper to get it ready for painting.

I imagine posts will be few and far between now as I'm back to work tomorrow (at Disney) so we'll only be able to work at nights or weekends.

Coving the ceiling pt. 2

Spent the afternoon doing ceiling coving with Lu's dad. The walls bulge a bit so the 45 degree corners we've been cutting don't exactly meet up but that's what coving cement is for :)

Saw a bunch of electricians and plumbers this morning for a couple of odd job quotes.

Putting up ceiling coving

Just put up my first ceiling coving in the lounge. Got it held in place with little nails while it drys over the next 48-72 hours. It gives the room a nice finish I think. I won't be able to go around the whole room until the fireplace and cupboards are in though.
